Very good location next to Orchard road. The hotel provided a free smartphone for phone calls and surfing the net. The hotel is also is connected to the public transport network.
The wellness area was a bit small. It was also separate for men and women.

The units were beautifully maintained and stocked in the respective male & female toilets. The breakfast is savoury and delicious, offered with good varieties and continental options, for instance.

The view of the "green heart of Singpur", Bukit Timah Area, is very beautiful.
The rooms are stylish but quite small, and those who travel with a lot of luggage will find them narrow.

The Beautiful Double Room was comfortable and clean. The entrance to the MRT was conveniently located right across from the hotel, especially during rainy weather. The check-in process was annoyingly slow.

Excellent location and next to Tanglin mall. Although the rooms are small it was ok for single occupancy. When I bring my husband and daughter I would upgrade to a larger room.

the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, the accommodation was exceptional and clean. the location was good - just 5 minutes' walk from a 160 - year - old tropical garden. i was offered white wine, wines, tea and coffee at the downstairs-bar.

Delicious food, good location, very comfortable rooms. The staff is always very friendly. Was there for the second time and was not disappointed again!

The pool area was extremely relaxing- a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The gym was excellent with very well maintained equipment. The room albeit a little small was very comfortable with a great shower. We found the staff of the whole very pleasant, efficient and obliging.
We feel that the duvets on the beds were inappropriate as it tended to make it too hot to sleep- and too cold when they were off- a suggestion would be to place a top sheet under the duvet in order for guests to have a lighter covering if they wanted it. Thank you
